PHONE CONSULTATION

The consultation payment secures a booking for a phone consultation. If by any chance, the client is unable to make the day & time that is selected, the service is eligible for one free reschedule. Please contact us through this website to request a reschedule if needed. If needed, reschedules must be requested at least 24hrs in advance of your original scheduled consultation. Once the reschedule request is received you will receive further information via email. Please be sure to complete the informative sections in your booking thoroughly. You will receive a call on your scheduled day and time to the phone number that you provide.  Please be prepared and ready for your call. If the call is made and there is no answer, one courtesy call back within 5 minutes of the original time will be made. After the 2nd missed call, the client must rebook a complete new consultation. All payments are non-refundable. Phone consultation payments are only transferrable if an actual service is booked within 5 business days of the completed call. If you would like to move forward with a service within 5 business days, the consultation fee will be credited to your service total on the billed invoice. The transferrable credit is not eligible to be extended.  Missed consultations are absolutely non-refundable and non-transferrable. By booking a consultation you agree to the above terms.  

1-ON-1 CONTENT DAY

The deposit payment for this service will secure your booking. Due to the high volume of request for this service and other clients being unable to book a certain time slot, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If by any chance, the client is unable to make the day & time that is selected, the service is eligible for one reschedule based on my availability. The reschedule convenience fee is $25 and does not apply to the service total nor balance. To be eligible for the reschedule, you must cancel and request a reschedule at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. Once the reschedule request is received you will receive further information via email to select a more suitable day & time. The reschedule is only valid for up to 30 days and the reschedule fee must be paid before you are rescheduled. If a rescheduled day and time is cancelled again or the client pulls a no show, the deposit will be forfeited. No shows the day of are completely non-refundable and non-transferrable. Remainder balances are due the day before your appointment. The client will be invoiced for the balance the day before the appointment and it must be paid in full. The client must arrive to the session with a zero balance. In the rare case that Telle has to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund. As courtesy, please contact Telle if you are running late to your session. A 15 minute grace period will be granted, however after 15 minutes any further time will start being deducted from your full session time. Please be sure to complete the informative sections in your booking thoroughly. After booking, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation via email. All updates and informative details will also be released via email. By booking, you agree to the above terms.
